Pine burl - Real wood veneer from Schorn & Groh

The native Scots pine is the second most important tree species in Germany, covering 24% of the forest area, or about 2.5 million hectares. Its distinctive veneer features a uniform grain and a light yellow to reddish-brown color, with the defined sapwood being pale yellow to almost white.
