Our history
Schorn & Groh was founded in southern Germany in 1961 and has developed from a small veneer trading company into one of the world’s leading companies in the veneer industry. With over 60 years of experience, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern innovations to offer our customers a unique portfolio of high-quality wood products. Our roots lie in our love of wood as a raw material and our desire to use natural resources responsibly – values that have always characterized our actions. Protecting the environment is important to us, which is why we have been supporting sustainable forestry for many years.
Schorn & Groh acts in an environmentally conscious and sustainable manner to protect forests worldwide We prefer to work with forest owners who manage their forests responsibly. In addition, we only deal with legally imported wood. This guarantees our customers safety when dealing with the valuable raw material wood.
